575 Wandswoth Road was a home of Kenyan novelist and poet, Khadambi Asalache, and it was built in 1819. The exterior of the house might look ordinary, but the interior is undoubtedly breathtaking. The interior of the house is decorated with fantastic paintings and fretworks inspired by Moorish, African and Ottoman designs. Furthermore, the house has a collection of artefacts and books. Even though the house is small, it’s full of most exceptional artworks and wonders.
