The Isabella plantation was initially opened to the public in the 1950s. It is situated on 40 acres of woodland garden and its most popular attraction includes the Evergreen azaleas which decorate the streams and ponds. It is also home to several rare and unique shrubs and trees. What is most impressive is that this fantastic site is taken care of by using organic principles. Ensure that you look closely at the ponds and streams because you may just spot some amphibians and invertebrates.
